Initial Wholesale Account Procedures

Thank you for your interest in our company. To become a client of Coverite, you need to go through our account opening procedure. For this purpose, it is necessary to fill in and give the company the legal identification formats, as well as other necessary documents to open an account with Coverite.

Please follow the procedures below to speed up the establishment of your wholesale account. Any documents must be faxed to us before we can approve and establish your account.

Documents for opening an account:

1. Fill out the attached New Credit Application Form
2. Fax back the above documents with a copy of:

  • Valid Resale Certificate
  • Valid Business License
  • Reseller License Number
  • Void Company Check
  • Your Business Card (Enlarged is appreciated if available)

3. Fax all these required documents to 1 (909) 460-1212 or email to info@coveriteusa.com

Documents must be provided in English. Upon the receipt of your documents, we will process your request and set up your wholesale account ASAP. You may place an order upon the approval of your account. All orders are C.O.D. cashiers check or money order. C.O.D. company checks will be accepted upon approval of credit (usually takes about 1-2 weeks after the first purchase.) FIRST ORDER must be prepaid or C.O.D. Cashiers Check or Money Order or CASH ONLY!
